Each school year we are requesting that registration forms along with payment either be mailed to the MYC PO box or turned in at site registrations. Late registrations will require an additional $25 fee and participation will be at MYC's discretion. Mailed forms/payments can be sent to : Marshall Youth Club PO Box 353 Marshall WI 53559.
