The Marshall Youth Club Junior Tackle Football program is a registered non-
profit organization made up entirely of volunteer coaches. It was founded in
2002 with the purpose of giving children between the ages of 11 and 14
(Grades 6, 7, 8) the opportunity to play organized tackle football. There are
eight area associations who all come together under the umbrella of the
Dane and Jefferson County ‘Youth Tackle Football League. These areas
meet individually and as a group to make rules and coordinate their
individual effort into one local group. This allows them to have inter-area
games and activities with nearly 800 young people in the participating area.
